About the Perfect Soma:

Professional treatments for every day pains

Bodywork is a form of massage, which is based on clinical and advanced knowledge of the human body. It allows us to target and treat where the source of the problem is, not just where it hurts. This results in long lasting relief and a treatment plan once you head home creates solutions to the actual problem.

Structural Bodywork (Clinical Massage) is a type of therapeutic massage; hands-on physical manipulation of the fascia (connective tissues) and muscular system to re-educate the body and nervous system to establish more balanced patterns of movement. As a result, the body can function more efficiently and often with less pain.  Clinical massage therapy can improve the functioning of joints and muscles, reduce stress, supporting general health.

Clinical/Structural Bodywork focuses on chronic muscular tension relief caused by a variety of problems.

A neuromuscular based approach session is designed for individual needs to bring a structural balance in misaligned posture, as well as enhance athletic performance, pain management, and recovery from various injuries.

My Skills:

I have been working in the personal care industry for 15 years, as an Esthetician and later a massage therapist. Over the years I also gained knowledge in personal training, yoga school and corrective exercises specialist. These all work together to allow me to create comprehensive plans that are effective inside and outside of the treatment room, which is needed for long term relief and treatment of pain.

My goal as a bodyworker is to continue my education at all times and strive to provide expectational custom sessions that address not only symptoms but in many cases the cause as well.

Iā€™m a licensed Massage Therapist with over two years of professional experience in pain management. I specialize in deep tissue, cupping therapy, and myofascial release techniques.

With a background in administration and communication I strive to bring a comprehensive approach to client care, focusing on effective bodywork principles to alleviate pain and enhance overall well-being.
